Rear Admiral Alison A. Madueke - Chairman
Rear
Admiral Alison A. Madueke (Rtd.) was a former
Chief of Naval Staff in the Nigerian Navy and a
former Governor of old Anambra and Imo States. He
has retired from the Navy with full honours and
currently engaged in Private Shipping Business. He
came on Board in May 2000 and he is the Chairman
of the Board of Directors of Solid-Rock Securities
& Investment PLC.
O. P. Ezeagu - Managing Director/Chief Executive
Officer
Mr. Ezeagu is an Alumnus of University of Lagos and University
of Nigeria, Nsukka where he obtained a Master and Bachelor
of Business Administration Degrees respectively. He is an
Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Fellow,
Institute of Direct Marketing and Member of Nigerian Institute
of Management. His career spanned consultancy, banking and
finance. He was the General manager/CEO of Royal Securities
Limited and a director of Hill Crest Investment Limited as
well as Hillman Communications Limited before joining Solid-Rock
Securities & Investment Limited as the pioneer Managing
Director/Chief Executive Officer.
Chief Joseph I. Obi
Chief Joseph I. Obi is a double Chief - Ogbueshi Chinyelugo
of Obosi and Ojogbon Olofin of Lagos - and the Managing Partner,
Joseph I. Obi & Co. (Legal Practitioners). He has LLB (Hons)(LOND)
and is a fellow of the Nigeria of Institute of Taxation. Chief
Obi is the Chairman and/or Director of Global Offshore Drilling
Ltd, Catemar Catering Services Ltd, Cetco Oil fields Co. Ltd
among other companies. He is a member of Ikoyi Club, Metroplolitan
Club, Lagos Motor Boat Club, Lagos Lawn Tennis Club and the
Nigerian Poets Authority Tennis Club. He is Married with Children.

Onyekwelu
Mr. Onyekwelu worked with Premier Breweries Plc, Onitsha where he rose to the position of Acting Chief Accountant before moving into private practice. He is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive of Kingbird Investment Trust Limited. He represents Kingbird Investment Trust Limited on the Board of Solid-Rock Securities & Investment Limited.
M. O. Aloke
(Mrs)
Mrs.
Martha Onyeaghachi Aloke has a B.Sc. and M.Sc.
Degrees in the Humanities from the University of
Calabar and University of Nigeria respectively.
She had worked with R.T. Briscoe for over 15 years
and rose to senior management position before
going into private practice. Mrs. Aloke represents
Leep Limited on the Board of Solid-Rock Securities
& Investment PLC. |
