O. P. Ezeagu - Managing Director/Chief Executive
Officer
Mr. Ezeagu is an Alumnus of University of Lagos and University
of Nigeria, Nsukka where he obtained a Master and Bachelor
of Business Administration Degrees respectively. He is an
Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Fellow,
Institute of Direct Marketing and Member of Nigerian Institute
of Management. His career spanned consultancy, banking and
finance. He was the General manager/CEO of Royal Securities
Limited and a director of Hill Crest Investment Limited as
well as Hillman Communications Limited before joining Solid-Rock
Securities & Investment Limited as the pioneer Managing
Director/Chief Executive Officer.
Ude, Victor Ifeanyi
Mr.
Ude, Victor Ifeanyi holds Master Degree in
Business Administration (Accountancy) and Bachelor
Degree in Humanities obtained from UNN and UNIBEN
respectively. A member of Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Nigeria, had attended many seminars
and trainings organized by Manufacturers
Association of Nigeria. His working experience
span through Civil Service, Audit Firm, former
Accountant, Chief Accountant and Deputy General
Manager of DVC Ltd. He holds the portfolio of
Accounts and Administration.
Okaro Ifeoma B. (Miss)
Miss
Okaro Ifeoma B. holds a higher National Diploma in
Banking and Finance obtained from Institute of
Management and Technology, Enugu. She had her
working experience from Royal Merchant Bank,
Onitsha Branch where she rose to Assistant Manager
(Securities & Investment). She had also worked
in computer unit of Accountant General’s office,
Ado-Ekiti. She joined Solid-Rock and heads the
marketing team.
Nwagbosoh, Isaac N. Nweke
Mr
Nwagbosoh, Isaac N. Nweke holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours)
Degree in Edeucation/Accountancy from Abia State University, Uturu,
and Nigeria Certificate in Education(Accountancy) from Alvan Ikoku College Of Education (now Alvan Ikoku Federal College Of Education), Owerri. He is a Full Member of Nigerian
Institute Of Management, Chartered (MNIM) and former Institute of Credit and Risk Management (MICRM); an Associate Member of:
Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Nigeria (CPA); International Associations of Book-Keepers (AIAB) London; Certfied Pension
Institute of Nigeria (ACIP); Institute of Capital Market Regsitrars (ACMR)
and Member, Institute of Credit and Risk Management (MICRM).
He has over
twenty years working experience spanning Civil Service, Banking, Stock-broking
and Audit Practice/Consultancy. Former High Executive Officer (Accounts/Audit)
Imo/Abia States; Assistant Manager (Internal Controls) of DBSL/DBSL Securities
Limited. He was Manager (Finance/Administration) of Barnabas Ventures Limited
before joining Solid-Rock Securities & Investment as Head, Compliance Department.
Abioye M. Adekunle
He is a
holder of Bachelor of Science in Humanities
(Second Class Honours Upper Division) from Obafemi
Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. His working
experience span through Civil Service and Osogbo
Coop. Investment and Credit Union Ltd. He was the
Credit Manager before joining Solid-Rock. Mr.
Abioye is the Branch Head of Solid-Rock,
Osogbo.
Ogechi Jane Nnamoko (Mrs)
Mrs.
Ogechi Jane Nnamoko holds a B.Sc. in Business
Education from the University of Benin and a
Master Degree in Business Administration from the
University of Ado-Ekiti. After graduation, she
worked with ABC Merchant Bank Limited where she
rose to the level of Assistant Manager (Credit
& Marketing) she also worked with Nigerian
Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) where she had
experience in corporate restructuring before
joining Solid-Rock Securities & Investment
PLC. She is the Compliance Officer of the
